DMS – Go live date Monday 5th July
Pharmacies will have received the following pharmacy letter and documents regarding DMS, which is due to go live on Monday 5th July.
If you have not already done so, please read through the pharmacy letter in full and familiarise yourselves with the materials
In addition to notification of the DMS going live on Monday, we would take this opportunity to also reinforce the importance of completing the manual upload of data to the DMS section of the PharmOutcomes platform, which evidences activity and ensures payment.
PharmOutcomes DMS training video – please view this link if you haven’t already done so – https://media.pharmoutcomes.org/video.php?name=DischargeMedicinesServiceManagingDMSReferrals, which clearly outlines the process. Please note that this manual upload is an interim solution, as the ambition is for the DMS to be fully automated and seamless using the PharmOutcomes platform.
