Pandemic Delivery Service ending – PSNC Patient Leaflet
The pandemic delivery service will come to an end on 31st July 2020. In light of this, PSNC have published a leaflet to support pharmacy teams with communicating the end of this service to their patients.

As of today, it is mandatory for members of the public to use Face masks in shops and public areas, this includes in Community Pharmacies.
PSNC have published guidance for the use of face masks in Community Pharmacy, please make sure your pharmacy team is up to date on the current guidance.
New report: Being A Patient | The Patients Association
This is the first report from the Patients Association programme of work on patient experience. It suggests that it is time for a fresh look at patient experience.
While there is considerable activity in the health and care system devoted to measuring patient experience, the approach is quite narrow and doesn’t truly capture things from the patient’s point of view.
