This year’s CPAF Screening questionnaire will be open from Monday 3rd June – Sunday 30th June 2019.
For the 2019/20 CPAF, all pharmacies will be invited to complete a short questionnaire. Data from this survey will then be used to shortlist pharmacies for a contract monitoring visit. Therefore, It is important that your pharmacy completes this questionnaire as not participating is very likely to result in a visit.
Level 2 is the minimum standard expected for compliance. Many pharmacies aim for level 3 in order to exceed their terms of service and, following a review of last year from PSNC, wording has been changed in this years safeguarding question to ensure pharmacies can meet level 3 without a safeguarding incident occurring in the pharmacy.
Pharmacy audit based questions are also included in the email for this year’s screening. These questions relate to the 2018/19 mandatory audits, the NHS National Flu vaccination for patients with diabetes and an additional audit on a topic of your choice. Clinical audit guidance is available on the PSNC website.
