British Heart Foundation’s May Measurement Month

Message from the British Heart Foundation

You may have heard of the May Measurement Month campaign and are interested in getting involved. We are supporting the campaign, a global blood pressure screening initiative, which aims to improve public awareness of high blood pressure. We are urging people to get their blood pressure tested, whether at home, in a pharmacy, a GP surgery or in a community setting.

As part of this campaign, we have created a range of new resources which can be used in clinical or community settings where blood pressure tests take place. Whilst these have been created to support this campaign, they can be used after May also.

As many as 5 million people in the UK don’t know they have high blood pressure and together we can help change this. Check out our new materials below which you can use to help encourage people to get their blood pressure checked.
