SCR Questionnaire for Pharmacies- North East London LPC
We would like to identify how pharmacists in our area are making best use of Summary Care Record access, as well as if you are experiencing any barriers to accessing SCR. Likewise, the LPC also wishes to determine if there are any services in which accessing SCR is not essential.
All data collected from this questionnaire will be anonymised during analysis, before any information is shared.
This survey will take no longer than 5 minutes and will help us to better support you and our pharmacies across NEL.
Thank you in advance for your time.
Deadline for submissions is Tuesday 19th March 2019.
