Public Health Campaign- Cervical Screening Saves Lives

Information and materials embargoed from public use until 5th March 2019

There has been a significant impact on cervical cancer mortality since regular screenings were established. However, there has been a decrease in the attendance of these life-saving screenings.

Launching 5th March 2019, this campaign from Public Health England aims to remind eligible women of the importance of attending their cervical cancer screening appointments and encourage them to attend or book an appointment if they’ve missed one.

If you wish to get involved in this campaign, please order your materials from the PHE resource centre.

Materials include:

  • printed packs for GP practices, pharmacies and community partners
  • posters
  • concertina wallet cards
